The most important thing about our Multi-sports and Activities camp is that the children who attend have a direct say in absolutely every aspect of what we do, how we work and what games we play including what equipment we buy.
Our camp continues to flourish with children attending from over 12 different schools and with every single child being given the independence and confidence to decide how to spend their days with us. We at Games at the Gate, hope that we are planting the seeds that will encourage positive thinking, cooperation and above all else, the feeling of being welcome, accepted and included from the get go.
This camp is not something that gets organised and setup overnight and I'd like to thank the tireless efforts of my staff team and volunteers who have helped me create something very ,very special. As promised we will strive to do whatever it takes to keep it that way!
Many Thanks,
Gavin Menzies
Coordinator, Games at the Gate
